We are about 12 miles northeast of the city of Concord in central New Hampshire.

From the South and West:

• Take I 93 North.
• In Concord, NH, take exit 15 (393 East) to exit 3.
• Go north on 106 to the Loudon stop light.
• Turn right on 129.
• After 5 miles turn right on Pittsfield Road.
• Once over the top of the hill (.3 miles) turn left onto Sanborn Road.

From the East:

• Take 28 North from the Epsom Traffic Circle on Route 4 to the first yellow blinking light in Pittsfield.
• Turn left on Loudon Road.
• About a mile past the Loudon town line turn hard right onto Sanborn Road.

From the North:

• Take I93 South to exit 20 (Tilton).
• At the end of the exit ramp turn left and cross over the interstate.
• Turn right onto 140 to Belmont. Turn south onto 106.
• After the Loudon line, turn left up a hill onto Loudon Ridge Road.
• At its end turn right onto 129.
• After a dip, turn left onto Pittsfield Road.
• Once over the top of the hill (.3 miles) turn left onto Sanborn Road.

Sanborn Mills Farm has two residences:

The Main House
7097 Sanborn Road is the white Victorian with green shutters on the left after passing open fields.

The Red House
7154 Sanborn Road is the red cape on the right after crossing the bridge between the Grist Mill and the Sawmill.
