Culinary/Cooking

Our mission of teaching traditional New England crafts includes growing, harvesting, foraging, and cooking in traditional ways. To us, this means having a deep knowledge of our landscape and how to live from it, as a part of this place. This means you’ll have farm-grown vegetables and meat when you share a meal with your classmates during a workshop. It also means that we’re bringing you cooking courses focused on cooking, baking, and preserving  food grown in our region, both cultivated and wild.
