Talk a walk through the wheel of the year with Clinical Herbalist and Wild Food Lover, Sara Woods Kender. This 4-part series takes you on a trip through the plant world as we shift through the seasons and embrace all the Earth has provided for us. When we begin to be aware of these shifts, we also become aware that our body’s require different nutrients for different times of the year. Each Fall and Spring our bodies need immune support, and those plants that grow during those times provide us with just what we need. Learn the plants that grow around you and how to use them for food and nourishment, whether we use them on the inside or outside
