Grains

We farm several grains with draft animals at Sanborn Mills Farm, including corn, wheat, and rye, which are stone-ground under water power in our Grist Mill. Some of the grains are used for animal feeds, others are further-milled into flour, and some are ground and sold to local Cold Garden Distillery for production of whiskeys and spirits.
