Salisbury Ash Apple Basket

This workshop is for beginners as well as advanced basket makers. Given the time frame, we will be working with already prepared Black Ash splints and rims and handles that have been whittled from white oak trees. The Salisbury Apple Basket measures 10″ diameter x 10″ High. It uses ¼” uprights and 1/8” weavers. Material harvesting and prep will be touched on in class with a demo on log harvesting also available for student to partake in. All workshops run from 9AM- 5PM with an hour for lunch in the middle of the day.
