Claude Dupuis

My career was in residential and commercial construction starting as a laborer and culminating as a Project Manager. 

I started turning in 2008 and I am self-taught. Juried in wood at the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen in 2011. I have won “best turned in wood” category at the League’s “Art, Craft and Design Exhibit” 8 times. Was featured on NH Chronical in the Spring of 2022.

I am a current member, past President of the Guild of NH Woodworkers and serve on its Board of Directors. Current member and past President of the Granite State Woodturners and serve on its Board of Directors. A juried member of the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen, and currently a juror in woodturning. I am a member of the American Association of Woodturners.

I have authored several articles in the Guild Journal and have a number of videos on the Guild’s YouTube Channel.  In the past several years I have taught classes in both my shop and a nearby woodworking School. Now retired, I woodturn / teach fulltime.
