Workshop Fee: $250.00
A true art form that dates back centuries. Working with strand cane, you will learn the traditional 7 step method that can be used on any chair that is hand caned. You will be working on your own chair. Any repairs or refinishing must be completed before you come to class. This is your chance to restore a treasured family piece or complete that fixer upper project you’ve had for a while. A small, square or rectangular seat will be the most practical for this class. If you remove the cane prior to class, please save a sample of the seat and bring it with you.
Send any questions about the chair you plan to bring to firstname.lastname@example.org.
